No. Two Step Moving does not add charges for stairs, heavy items, extra boxes, fuel surcharges, or any other line item that was not disclosed in your quote. Every cost is itemized in writing before move day. If something changes after your quote — such as a floor change or additional items — we discuss it before adjusting the price. Never after.

Stairwells add time to a move, which is factored into the labor estimate in your quote. We do not add a stairwell surcharge on move day that was not disclosed upfront. Elevator access is faster than stairwells — both are accounted for in your estimate before you confirm.
